Sunday School

Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it. Proverbs 22:6 (NIV)

Christian education is a vital ministry of the Church, nurturing children in their journey of faith and helping them grow in their relationship with God. One of the primary goals of Sunday School is to teach the Bible and to instil in young minds a strong faith in God, grounded in the values and principles lived and taught by Jesus Christ.
Our Sunday School is designed to support children of different age groups as they learn to understand and apply God’s teachings in their daily lives. Since its establishment in July 2014, our Sunday School has fostered meaningful relationships and a strong sense of belonging among our children and church members.
Sunday School encourages children to respect, appreciate, and engage with the Bible while learning how to live as part of a Christian community. A nurturing, Bible‑centred classroom environment helps elevate the importance of Scripture in a child’s life. Through guided lessons and open discussions, children learn how to navigate the Bible, face life’s challenges as Christians, and confidently ask questions about their faith.

Sunday School provides an ideal setting for in‑depth learning and spiritual growth. When children gather to worship, study the Bible, and discover God together, they form bonds and a sense of community that cannot be achieved through individual study alone. By planting these spiritual seeds early, Sunday School plays a crucial role in shaping lifelong faith. We invite and encourage every child to be part of this journey.
Preparing the next generation to faithfully follow Christ is a shared responsibility. Parents and adult members of our faith community play an essential role in guiding children through words, actions, and example.
